Our Story
Our story begins with a passion to help every child thrive. Zivit spent decades as a special-education teacher, educational diagnostician, and educational therapist in both schools and private clinics. She pioneered one-on-one executive-function coaching programs and watched neurodivergent students with ADHD, autism, and other learning differences transform into confident, independent learners - even when they could only get one session a week. When coaching was available more often, their progress accelerated dramatically, yet most children never had access to these life-changing opportunities.
Our mission is deeply personal. In our own family, we’ve experienced the challenges and triumphs of neurodiversity and witnessed how life-changing personalized executive-function support can be. Gil, a technology leader with a decade of building cutting-edge AI products, and Zivit spent years exploring how this kind of individualized support could be delivered to every child, not just the lucky few. Recent advances in artificial intelligence have finally made that dream possible.
Today, My Learning Lab combines the latest research and decades of special-education expertise with AI technology to provide affordable, personalized executive-function coaching at scale. By partnering with schools, parents, and communities, we’re making it possible for all neurodivergent students to participate in mainstream education and reach their full potential. Every child we support through My Learning Lab brings us one step closer to turning this vision into reality.

Why Executive
Functioning Matter

Teachers and parents often don’t understand the struggles students face.

What appears on the surface as performance or behavioral issues often stems from underdeveloped cognitive functions and learning skills. These core executive function processes underpin most academic work.

Personalized executive functioning training, combined with inquiry-based and strengths-based learning and dynamic assessment, can dramatically improve outcomes for all learners, regardless of diagnosis.

Teaching Learning Skills
Teaching learning skills focuses on the learning process.
It provides students with key capabilities required for academic success:

Independent Learning
Students manage their tasks without constant guidance
Flexible Thinking
Students adapt their strategies
to different tasks
Overcome Weaknesses
Students manage struggle areas to demonstrate their knowledge effectively
